Nicole is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) and Board Approved Supervisor, for Social Workers and Professional Counselors, in the State of Maryland. As the practice owner, Nicole provides clinical supervisor, while being responsible for clinical, quality and operational oversight and leadership for the practice.

Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Board Approved Supervisor in the State of Maryland. Jessica provides clinical supervisor and case consultation, as well as guidance on administrative policy and clinical procedure implementation.

WELLNESS DIRECTOR | CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Meagan Whitfield is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Board Approved Supervisor in the State of Maryland, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the District of Columbia. Meagan provides mental health therapy and supervision, while providing support and administration of practice wellness programs for our team.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Taylor is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) and Board Approved Supervisor in the State of Maryland. Taylor provides clinical supervision and case consultation, as well as leadership and guidance on child welfare issues and mandated reporting.

Lauren is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Maryland, under the clinical supervision of Nicole Osborne, LCSW-C. Lauren provides mental health services to clients of all ages, while practicing from an integrative approach and providing clinical insights on child/teen populations, women's health and expressive interventions.

Lindsay Allen, LGPC is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the State of Maryland, under the clinical supervision of Jessica Kepner, LCPC. Lindsay provides mental health services to adolescents and adults, while practicing from an integrative approach and providing clinical insights on relationship conflicts, marital issues, ADHD/ADD and clients with newborns

Anna is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Maryland, under the clinical supervision of Nicole Osborne, LCSW-C. Anna provides mental health services to adolescents and adults, while practicing from an integrative approach and providing clinical insights on Queer/LGBTQIA+, Asian American, Immigrants and BIPOC communities.

Tori Cain, LGPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the State of Maryland, under the clinical supervision of Sara Illiano, LCPC. Tori provides mental health services to adolescents and adults, while practicing from an integrative approach using behavioral, expressive and internal family systems interventions, and providing clinical expertise in working with individuals experiencing life transitions, career changes and interactions with the justice system.

Katherine is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Maryland, under the clinical supervision of Nicole Osborne, LCSW-C. Katherine provides mental health services to clients of all ages, specifically children and adolescents, while practicing from an integrative approach using behavioral, play, expressive and narrative therapeutic interventions, as well as clinical expertise in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.

Madeleine Wojcik, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Maryland, under the clinical supervision of Nicole Osborne, LCSW-C. Madeleine provides mental health services to clients in middle school through adulthood, while practicing from an integrative approach and providing clinical insights on anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as women’s issues such as parenting, motherhood, body image, self-worth, hormonal imbalances and reproductive issues.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT | CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

Amanda is responsible for managing the direct day-to-day operational management of the practice. Amanda serves as the liaison between providers, administration and clients by overseeing daily operations of the practice. Amanda provides support to all practice staff in providing client-centered, coordinated client care.

PRACTICE CONSULTANT

Laura is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland. Laura provides mental health therapy, administrative supervision, and provides clinical guidance and consultation to our team on relationships, sexual intimacy, crisis interventions, substance abuse and the LGBTQIA+ community.

PRACTICE CONSULTANT

Karina is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Board Approved Supervisor in the State of Maryland. Karina provides clinical supervision and case consultation for addictions and sexual compulsive behavioral issues, as well as assists with identifying potential referral sources for young adults within communities.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER | SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

CLIENT BILLING SPECIALIST

Kristina is responsible for assisting with insurance verification, coordinating billing and collections, processing daily billing claims, ensuring payments by the insurer, assistance in resolving claim denials, providing support in answering questions related to client billing, as well as communicating with client's and practice administration regarding account details, payments, authorizations and denied claims.
