The Eight Pillars of Holistic Wellness
At NorthStar Counseling & Wellness, we believe in the interconnectedness of holistic health where holistic health and wellness is sustained by eight pillars: physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, financial, and environmental. These pillars provide us a sense of how to work towards our optimal wellness, but it's by no means prescriptive. The path to wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Our personalized approach to wellness encompasses all eight pillars, like the eight points in our NorthStar, allow us to help our clients achieve balance and in every area of their lives authentically.
